Features of Ortolan stone buriers
Working to improve stony ground involves using a special sorting system to place stones in the ground and cover them with a layer of sieved topsoil. Our dedicated agricultural machines, the interessassi, are available in small and medium versions for working in greenhouses, parks and gardens, and in a heavier and more robust version designed for working large plots of land.
Slip clutch drive shaft
Protects the machine from unexpected overloads, preventing damage to critical components. In the event of a blockage or overload, the clutch is activated, temporarily interrupting power transmission to prevent breakdowns and ensure a long service life.
Water-proof Seal bearings
They provide excellent protection against water and debris. These components allow operation in submerged conditions, improving the durability of rotors and bearings.
Spring steel screen
Made of spring steel, it plays a crucial role in separating stones from the ground. During tilling, the stones are deposited at the bottom, while the sieved soil falls back on top, for perfect tilled soil.
Strong frame three-point hitches
Provides greater stability and adaptability to the ground, allowing even and precise tilling even on uneven surfaces. The robustness of the frame ensures a long service life of the machine, even under intense working conditions.
CE safety guards removable
Essential for operational safety when using stone buriers: to protect the operator and the machine, reducing the risk of accidents. The guards can be easily removed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
Roller adjustment with pins
Allows the working depth to be adapted to different soil requirements, with precise and simple adjustment, optimising soil preparation for each type of crop.
